WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently Paypal only for now.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?

For every order, you will receive two e-mails. One e-mail will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, and the second e-mail will tell you that your order is being shipped, with an included tracking number. Please also check your junk folder in your email if you haven’t received either email.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Not long! The prints are produced on-demand via a third party print company. Once an order is placed, production through to delivery usually takes 10-12 business days. Once your order is shipped, I will be given a tracking number, and I pass that on to you via a shipping confirmation email.

WILL MY PRINT BE PACKAGED WELL?

Absolutely yes! the prints are soft rolled (multiples are rolled together), and wrapped in tissue paper, and are shipped via a protective cardboard prism tube.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

I can issue refunds for orders that are defective or damaged on arrival. If a return or exchange is requested, I will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of my control. This includes you ordering a wrong amount of a print, print design, or size of a print. Once an order has been placed, it goes through to my print partners automated system, so there is little I can do to halt the process.

Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, AND I NOTICED THAT I ORDERED THE WRONG AMOUNT / SIZE. CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you need to change details on your order such as size / style or color, please contact me using the form at the bottom of this page. Usually, once an order is placed, there is little I can do to make an amendment, but I can attempt to contact my print partner, if you drop me a message as soon as possible. However, once the order has been printed, I’m unable to make any changes or issue refunds.

CUSTOMS & VAT / SALES TAX

Orders are not shipped from the UK (where I am based) – Orders are fulfilled via a third party print on demand service, that have facilities around the world, and should be manufactured from the region of the world you are ordering from – as far as I’m aware, you should not be charged customs for orders below £135. Orders that total above £135 will have an applicable customs charge that you will have to pay to your local postal service, when prompted. Saying that, this information might not be entirely correct, as border control is a tricky thing to wrap my tiny mind around, therefore, I am not responsible for any customs charges in any circumstance. All prices include (where applicable) VAT / sales tax.

GIFT OPTIONS

I can add a custom message, which is placed inside the package as a packing slip – it’s nothing fancy, just a standard delivery address note slip, but I can add a limited message to it – please contact me before making a purchase with your requirements.
