HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
For every order, you will receive an e-mail that tell you that your order is being shipped, with an included tracking number. Please also check your junk folder in your email if you haven’t received anything past 5 working days
HOW LONG WILL YOUR ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders should be ready to go 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after your order is confirmed.

HOW WILL THE PRINTS BE PACKAGED?
Your prints will be packaged inside a plastic sleeve (to protect from water damage) with board backed; inserted into a rigid flat envelope
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Refunds won’t be provided after I have dispatched your purchase. If you mail me before dispatch with a refund request, I can sort out a cancellation.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is damaged upon arrival, contact me with clear pictures.
HOW WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?
UK orders are sent signed delivery. International orders are sent ‘tracked’ delivery. All orders will have Royal Mail tracking codes.

I want to make sure your prints arrive safely and without issues, so here are a couple of important delivery notes:
If a parcel is returned because it was left uncollected or because a delivery card wasn’t acted on, I’m unfortunately unable to offer a refund. If your print hasn’t arrived when expected, please check the delivery status using your Royal Mail tracking link first, as it may be waiting for collection or redelivery.
Refunds or replacements are not provided where you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address.
If you realise you’ve made a mistake with your address, please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to update it before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, I’m no longer able to change the delivery details nor issue a refund.

I am not responsible for any additional import taxes or duties incurred for purchases made from outside of the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to check with your countries customs website or contact your local customs office to determine if any additional fees or charges may apply.

EU / INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES.
It’s likely you may face customs charges if you are ordering outside of the U.K. If you reject the item, I will refund the cost of the prints if they are returned to me in the condition sent (upon receiving back the item and clearing quality). I am unable to refund the shipping costs.
SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A
From 29 August 2025, the United States removed the $800 duty-free “de minimis” threshold. This means all international parcels must now go through U.S. customs clearance and be assessed for duties and taxes.
The relief-prints I ship are classified as original artworks (HS Code 9702), which carry a 0% U.S. import duty, so there should be no tariffs for customers to pay.
Any small customs handling charges from the postal service will be covered by me, so your order should arrive without any additional costs.
